This is a 6min tutorial on my No.1 go to breathing technique. This technique came to me at the same time my son was born. As they say “need is the mother of invention”. Before the birth of my son finding 20/40mins every morning to meditate was easy for me. After he was born that 20/40mins to myself sitting on a cushion and turning inward was a pipe dream. Then this practice appeared. I realised that i could get 70% of the benefits of my 40min meditation in just 3min- and I could do it with a sleeping baby on my chest. Simple as this practice is I have had some profound experiences with it- definitely worth exploring.
